THE HUDSON SNO-MEN
March 19th,2008

A meeting of the Hudson Sno-Men was held on March 19th, 2008 at the Hudson Rec-Center with 10 members in attendance and Jim Tribou presiding, meeting started at 7:45pm.

SECRETARY’S REPORT: A motion was made by Harold Case and seconded by Denis Rodrigue to accept as read

TREASURER’S REPORT: A motion was made by Harold Case and seconded by Denis Rodrigue to accept as read.

CORRESPONDENCE: We recieved 2 Thank You crds in regards to the $100.00 donation we sent the some clubs up north to thank them for the use of the trails.

SPECIAL DELEGATIONS: Harold reported that there are 11,968 memberships with the NHSA Assocation to date.  On the Sno-Travler there will only be 6 issues per year starting in 2009. The Easter Seals wish list is going great, also the snowmobilers that attend the camp have been giving rides to the kids and they are enjoying that. On the Easter Seal Ride-In, Ron Alley has resigned and he will not attened this year. The Dance on Saturday night will be free and raffles will be held.  Also NHSA will have some upcomming By-Law changes. ore to come on that. A motion was made to donate $1500.00 this year to the easter seal ride in and also we will be sponsoring a child from easter seals. The motion was made by Harold Case and Seconded by Amos Wintle.

FLOWERS: No Report

MEMBERSHIPS: We have 89 Familys, 377 Single, for a total of       555 members which is 466 memberships. Hudson Cycle Center sold 406 of these, A big thanks to them!

100 CLUB:  Denis Rodrigue and Frank Fugetta

NEW BUSINESS:  The club has agreed to sponsor 2 campers this year for the Easter Seals.

Next Meeting will be on be on April 2nd,  2008

Motion was made by Denis Rodrigue and seconded by Amos Wintle to adjorn the meeting at 8:45 pm
