HUDSON SNO-MEN INC., POLICY
April 1, 1997
RULES FOR THE HUDSON SNO-MEN POINT INCENTIVE
SYSTEM
Purpose:
To reward club members who contribute above average work and time
to club activities. The compensation shall be points earned towards
the Club Point Trip, Annual Banquet Meal and Annual Clam Bake. The
point club trip (two day weekend) is to be held in the months of
January or February.
Rules of the point system:
Each point has a monetary value of $1.00 each.
The point system starts and ends on 31 October each year; 1900
-points will be accrued from January, to October 3; thereafter from
October 31 to October 30th.
Members may use their accrued points towards the Annual Banquet.
Those members earning less than ten (10) points receive NO credit
towards Point Trip,
Banquet or Clam Bake.

All points must be turned in within 30 days of activities.
Point assignment system:
Meeting attendance 1 point per family member two max. per
Family membership
Committee Chairman Annual:
Board of Directors 10 points plus 1 per meeting
Executive Officers 20 points plus 1 per meeting
Membership Chairman 10 points
Activities Chairman (inactive) 10 (2 points per work detail for
Program Chairman)
Trail Administrator 10 Points
C/0 Trail Administrator 5 Points
By-laws Chairman 10 Points
Safety Course Chairman 10 Points
Publicity Chairman 15 Points
NHSA Newsletter Chairman 15 Points
Refreshment Chairman 10 Points 2 per work detail
Point Chairman 20 Points
120 Club Chairman 10 Points per year per club
Photography Chairman 10 Points
Meeting Raffle 2 Points per meeting
Point Trip Chairman 20 Points

Administration:
The Point Chairman shall keep the point system records.
The Committee Chairman or Activity Chairman will submit points
to the Point Chairman.
Special Delegation shall be appropriated a sum of monies as voted
by the membership, to cover dinner expenses, at the Annual NHSA
meeting held once a year.
** Members may receive (2) points for each new membership to the
club providing the new member has not been a member of the Hudson
Sno-men during previous (3) years. The Membership Chairman is responsible
for submitting the points accrued by this activity.
Definitions:
Committee Chairman Annual: That person or persons responsible for
the specific activity for the entire year.
Committee 1 time participation: That person or person helping the
Chairman of a specific function.
Work Detail: i.e. Dance
Hiring of Hall, D.J, Caterer, having tickets made up 2 Points
Hall set up/cleanup 2 Points
Ticket collection at door, pay bills. 2 Points
Total 6 points
Dance with buffet prepared by members
Hiring of Hall, D.J., Caterer, having tickets made up 2 Points
Buying of food 2 Points
Preparation of food 2 Points Per session
Hall set up/cleanup 2 Points
Ticket collection at door, pay bills 2 Points
Total 10 Points
Refreshments:
Preparing and bringing coffee/beverage to a club meeting or function.
(This included purchasing of required staples) 2 Points
Volunteer supplier of refreshments (Doughnuts, cookies, cake etc...
for a meeting or club function) 2 Points
Rules for 120 Club:
Captains will have six weeks to sell tickets.
Unsold tickets will be turned in to the chairperson before the first
drawing
Unsold tickets can still be sold at regular price. There will be
no discount on tickets.
Unsold tickets will be raffled starting with the first drawing.
Only scheduled number drawing will be held.
Only sold numbers will be in the final drawing at the dance.
Members shall receive 1 point per ticket sold.
Raffle Sales:
Raffles which benefit the club; Members shall receive one (1) point
for every tickets sold.
Golf Tournament Point System:
Chairman 5 Points
Work detail half day 4 Points
Work detail full day 8 Points
Work detail
Less than half of day
working Shopping for prizes,
food or other miscellaneous
items for tournament.
Making food for tournament 2 Points
Food donations 4 Points
Getting people to play golf 1 Point per golfer
Getting sponsors 4 Points per sponsor
Flea Market Point System:
Chairman 5 Points

Work Detail:
Less than half of a day working, putting out fliers and
arranging for advertisement. 2 Points
Selling new dealer spots 4 Points per dealer
Selling spots to individuals 1 Point per spot sold
